We pick you up at your hotel to come explore the coastline and its abundance of wildlife and plants with us, making stops along the way to rest and relax at different beaches not visited on any other tour. Once warmed up, a fun yoga lesson (optional, on request) adapted to your level of experience will take place with the gorgeous rain forest, ocean, and mountains as a backdrop. At Quepos, road No1. Around Manuel Antonio National Park and the end, Biesanz beach awaits you with its beautiful, clear water where you can stand up paddleboard (SUP) snorkel and play in the waves. Fresh, juicy tropical fruit will fuel you up before you continue. We go at your pace, whether you wish to exercise hard or just float calmly. After this amazing tour we bring you back to your hotel in our spacious and air-conditioned van. An excellent activity for any nature lover!experience that everyone should try, for sure!

DEPARTURE :

Best early in the morning or later in the afternoon to avoid the midday heat, beginning at 7:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., tour normally lasts 3 hours.

WHAT TO BRING :  

Swimming suit and a towel

Sunscreen and change of clothes, is desired, hat and sunglasses

Don´t forget your camera

INCLUDES :

All tours include round-trip transportation in a comfortable, new, double air conditioned 12-people-van , from/to the guest’s hotel or private residence in Manuel Antonio or Quepos, refreshments (water, coconut water, and fresh fruit), stand up paddleboard, snorkeling equipment, life jackets, rash guard, and an experienced and safe, bilingual (English and Spanish) instructor. A 20-minute instruction and security talk is given by the instructor to the guest, prior to entering the water.
